Where am I taking others in my day-to-day happenings? It never ceases to amaze me that as I flow into the pause, often the one I am with finds his or her way into the pause as well, usually without even knowing that we are in the pause. Who needs to know?

Inside the Pause

In the pause, a new way of seeing occurs. Superficial tension and ignorant judgments fall away. Thoughts, words and actions move from being reactive, to now rising up from Inspiration inside the pause.
