d/b/a Pause for Inspiration is a nonprofit public charity up and running since 2008.
We share a practice in Accessing Your~Our Higher Mind that is always
Safe, Wise, Kind, and Truly Helpful in daily life.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS YOUR HIGHER MIND? By Pausing,
Getting Out of Your Own Way, Asking Your Inner Wisdom for Help,
Listening, and Following.
WHEN ANYONE OF US DOES THIS, Somehow, Someway,
IT IS TRULY HELPFUL to EVERYONE on some level.
All of our programs, books for adults and kids, Pause
Practice Cards, Mobile App, and downloadable materials
are FREE!
Individuals like you make getting PAUSE into the Hearts,
Minds, and Hands of Educators, Elected Officials, Kids, Teens, those in
Higher Learning, Workers, Professionals, and the General Public POSSIBLE.
Wherever we are, Whatever we are doing, and Whomever we are with
presents us with opportunities to
USE PAUSE TO CREATE TRULY HELPFUL SHIFTS
in our
Thinking,
Feelings,
What we say and don’t say,
What we do and don’t do,
What we learn,
and
What we teach.
If you have experienced, resonate, and/or can imagine
the VALUE and POWER OF PAUSE, help us expand our reach
to those who are ready and willing. Give a gift of any amount.
Our Public Charity requires Public Support.

PAUSE IS BLOSSOMING
