7 Ways to Recognize Inspiration
in Your Everyday Life
When I am willing to Pause for Inspiration, I notice the stark contrast between dispiritedness and Inspiration.
Ease dissolves mental and bodily tension
Stillness overcomes inner and outer chatter
Moved into helpful action, away from unhelpful action
Wholeness, connectedness instead of a pile of disconnected parts.
Comfort finds its way in, so I can peacefully look at what’s making me uncomfortable
Lightening up helps with being productive; instead of being
wound up
My strongest strength is gentle, a letting go; not a push/pull
