I have experienced comfort when I’ve taken a moment to Pause.
Pausing can bring a calm to my mind that has the potential to help me
choose words and actions that are Helpful, Loving, and Kind.
But I have to be WILLING to Practice
the first step: Pause.
~ Begin with a one moment Pause. Rest. ~
My Willingness to Pause can open the door
to Receiving Inner Wisdom
in the moment and throughout my day.
