365 Pause Practices Day 333
Abundant Forgiveness
Sharing by Mary
In a Morning Pause, I heard,
The availability of forgiveness is in equal measure for us all. No matter how many
grievances I may construct against another, there is
enough forgiveness to go around.
No matter how much I feel judged and unaccepted by others, there is
enough forgiveness to settle the dust.
It is just as challenging to GIVE forgiveness
as it is to RECEIVE it.
What is my part in Abundant Forgiveness?
EXERCISE?
I invite you to join with me now in Exercising A Pause to

Your feelings may be rising to the surface.
uYour body may be reacting with tension.
