Giving a Moment Now to Practicing The 4 Decisions

I feel a nudge to do the Pause Practice in the midst of my day.

I start with a deep Breath, in-out slowly.

With a goal in mind, I say to myself…

I can Pause to remember that Peace and Connection are my goals.

~ PAUSE ~
I can Step Back to get out of my own way and to help me open
to Another Way of seeing things.

I can Step Aside and express my willingness
to Receive Inspiration Within.

I can Let Inspiration guide me to
Peace and Connection with myself and others.

When I Pause, there’s
Nothing to Lose and only the
potential to Gain by Practicing it.

The 4 Decisions is specific in that they
are here to potentially bring you help
with any activity, relationship, circumstance or situation;
Pause your mind, anywhere, any time.
In fact, you need not have a specific reason to practice
The 4 Decisions other than to experience peace.
So, you may begin your practice with the thought of something
you would like help with. If nothing comes to you right now,
practice The 4 Decisions simply to receive peace into your mind.
You have nothing to lose. At the very least, you may experience
helpful, simple relaxation!
