PAUSE
There is a LIGHT that shines upon you,
A LIGHT that IS Always with you.
No matter what.
Pause and simply be with this LIGHT.

OPEN TO LIGHT
There is nowhere this LIGHT is not.
Open to receiving this LIGHT.
Let this LIGHT share Itself with you.
Pause and receive this Gift of LIGHT.

LIGHTEN UP
Pause and ask this LIGHT, “Show me how I am blocking my
awareness of this LIGHT in me?”
Whatever it is you are shown, be willing
to give it into the LIGHT.
Pause. Let it go.

SHARE YOUR BRIGHT
Share your brightness and now see the
brightness in others.
Let others see your brightness, and
they will be Inspired to share their brightness.
Pause for Brightness. Take it all in.

LIGHT ON YOUR WAY
How many people does it take to screw in
a light bulb? None, because the light is within.
Let this LIGHT lighten your load and
soon you’ll be shown which way to go.
You’ll be shown how to shine your bright,
whom to help, and when,
and best of all you’ll realize that this
LIGHT IS OUR FRIEND.

EVERYONE IS WORTHY OF THIS LIGHT.
You are worthy of this LIGHT.
I am worthy of this LIGHT.
No matter what.
